Delivery terms

Self-delivery

1. Our office address: 125438, Russia, Moscow, Likhoborsky Embankment 18A;

2. Office hours for orders: 10:00 - 18.00;

3. Check received orders are made before the signing of bills. All claims on appearance or completeness must be marked in the invoice;

4. All matters relating to coordination of shipments, paperwork, calculate shipping costs are solved solely through our manager;

5. Prior to receiving the order must be submitted:

    - Identity;

    - The original power of attorney from the consignee to the person receiving the order (for legal entities);

6. If you use transport companies, it is necessary to advance (no later than 1 hour) to inform our managers by sending an email to sklad@sskom.su. Since then, any changes shipment is prohibited.

Our company is not liable for failure to obtain a transport company of the order, in the absence of reports of order preparation for shipment;

7. To get an order of the transport company the following documents are required:
    - Original General Power of Attorney for a transport company that receives orders;

    - Power of attorney from the transport company for the freight forwarder who receives the orders;

Delivery in Moscow and Moscow region

1. Delivery of the order is carried out within the time specified in the invoice or below;

2. After receiving an order for delivery, managers SSK connect with the customer to confirm the order and conditions of delivery;

3. There are following ways of deliveries:

3.1. Delivery by courier:

       - Usual delivery (2 - 3 business days) = 400 RUR (~13,5 USD);

       - Express delivery (the same day) = 25 USD;

Notes:

Orders can be delivered by courier only within the Moscow Ring Road if its weight and size parameters do not exceed 5 kg or 50 x 50 x 15 cm.

3.2. By cars of SSK or partner companies:

       - up to 25 kg = 35 USD;

       - from 25 up to 100 kg = 70 USD;

       - from 100 up to 150 kg = 80 USD;

Notes:

- These fares are valid only for:

  > Delivery of orders, the total dimensions not exceeding 70 x 70 x 70 cm;

  > Delivery within the Moscow Ring Road + 5 km (Reutov, Mitino, Khimki, North Butovo, pos. Mosrentgen, Zhulebeno, m / p North, Solntsevo, Kozhukhovo, etc.);

- Period of delivery: 1 - 2 business days;

- The delivery is exercised to the porch (office, home, etc.).

Shipping orders, calculated individually for each client:

- Orders weighing more than 150 kg or with dimensions exceeding 70 x 70 x 70 cm;

- Shipping outside the Moscow Ring Road;

4. Free delivery within Moscow Ring Road is carried out with total order value of 5,000 USD This condition applies to orders, which weight and dimensions do not exceed the volume of 0,7 m3 and weight of 150 kg.

If the volume and weight exceeds the specified dimensions, then delivery is free if the total order value of more than 10 000 USD.

5. To implement delivery, customer must provide the following information to managers SSK:

- Delivery Address;

- Name and title of person who is responsible for receiving orders;

- Existence and cost of paid entry;

- Telephones.

Delivery is from 10:00 to 19:00 on weekdays (Monday to Friday), the mandatory presence of a responsible officer from receiving party.

7. Unloading operations at the point of delivery are implemented by the CUSTOMER.

The person, who is responsible for receiving the order, must be in possession of an identity document and the letter from the CUSTOMER (inter-industry standard copies are № M-2 or standard form № M-2a);

8. If badges are required for vehicles and / or humans to enter on the territory of the warehouse / office of CUSTOMER, these documents should be prepared by the CUSTOMER well in advance;

9. The maximum waiting time of start unloading is 30 minutes;

10. Receiving order is carried by pack appearance and quantity;

11. In case of any claims, customer must immediately contact the our managers;

12. Upon delivery to the shipping company, Customer provides to transportation company power of attorney standard form;

13. No deliveries to transfer from machine to machine and to clients of customers;

14. If delivery does not happen through the fault of the customer, it is deemed as happened and paid again;

15. If the order was paid for by credit card VISA or MasterCard, then upon receipt of the order cardholder is obliged to attend personally and he has to present the card itself, as well as an identity document holder (passport, military ID, driver's license).
